Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent - police authorities in conducting investigation in Cr.No.301 of 2017, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Assistant Inspector of Police, Kodad Town Police Station, Suryapet District, dated 4.7.2019, stating that the above stated crime was been investigated and final report was filed before the court of Principal First Class Magistrate, Kodad on 14.08.2019, referring the case as civil in nature, and the petitioner was served with notice on 12.08.2018 informing the same. Recording the above statement made in written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
