THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY A.S.M.P.No.812 of 2015 and APPEAL SUIT No.684 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

Both the appellants and the respondents are present and they were identified by their respective counsel. The terms and conditions of the compromise are read over to the parties and they admitted to be true and correct. Hence, I find that the compromise is voluntary. Accordingly, the petition filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of C.P.C. is ordered.

In terms of compromise entered by the appellants and respondent Nos.1 to 4 voluntarily, the compromise decree is passed and the Appeal is disposed of. The claim against respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dismissed as they are not necessary parties to the appeal, but without costs, in the circumstances.

Registry is directed to annex the copy of memorandum of compromise to the decree along with plan.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
