ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that when the services of the petitioner were about to be disengaged, he filed the present writ petition and though no interim order was granted in his favour, he continued in service and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. However, it is needless to say that if the petitioner is continuing in service, his services shall not be disturbed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
