The grievance of the petitioners is that the 5th respondent-M/s.Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited is erecting a cell tower in D.No.61-15-1, V.M.R.Road, Ramalingeswara Nagar, Krishnalanka, Vijayawada, which belongs to the 4th respondent-Kalyanam Yamuna Devi, without satisfying condition No.14 of the impugned proceedings dated 25.07.2014, which was issued by the 2nd respondentVijayawada Municipal Corporation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for respondent No.1, Sri T.Balaswami, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 and Sri P.Hema Chandra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 states that the 5th respondent is not erecting any cell tower in the said premises.
