Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.3.00 in Suvey No.1-1 of Pokkaldala Village, Saidapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, having acquired the same by way a registered Settlement Deed dated 05.07.2016. With an intention to raise crop on the subject land, petitioner approached the bank for sanction of loan. However, they insisted for production of pattadar passbook and title deeds showing the name of the petitioner as pattadar in the revenue records. Therefore, petitioner made applications dated 12.05.2017 and 13.12.2017 in Form VI-A for mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. The said application dated 12.05.2017 was received in Mee-seva centre and a receipt to that effect was issued to the petitioner. Alleging inaction on the said applications, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since it is contended by the petitioner that he made application in Form VI-A to the Tahsildar and the same is pending before him, the Tahsildar, Saidapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within

a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
