It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court in identical circumstances disposed of Writ Petition No.33343 of 2012 and batch dated 31-03-2015 and a copy of the same has been placed on record.

In the circumstances, following the order dated 31-03-2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch and for the reasons therein, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
