No. 597 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant at length and perused the material placed on record, we find no ground to interfere with the interim order dated 21.02.2018 in I.A.No. 01 of 2018 in W.P.No. 5626 of 2018 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court.

Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. However, the appellant is at liberty to make a mention before the learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition expeditiously. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
