When the matter is taken up, the action taken report furnished by the Deputy Commissioner, Quthbullapur, Circle-25, G.H.M.C., is placed on record by Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation. The penultimate paragraph of the said report reads as under: - "Further, as per the Hon'ble High Court orders, the GHMC has fixed demolition program on 28.05.2018 at 10.00 a.m. Accordingly, the GHMC has demolished the unauthorised construction of commercial shelter situated in between RGK Block No.91/ 33 34, Rajeev Gruhakalpa, Suraram, Quthbullapur with police protection to maintain the Law & Order situation at the time of demolition. The demolition photographs are herewith enclosed may be seen."

It is also submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the Orders of this Court, the respondents herein have demolished the structures. In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
