When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned public prosecutor that the relief sought in the present revision case becomes infructuous, as gun bearing No.4815 was handed over to the petitioner, through panchanama on 23.03.2017, thereby no further orders are required.

Recording the said submission, the criminal revision case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
