THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13353 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.464 of 2013 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 10.11.2017 of Sub Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Nizamabad District and submitted that the case was ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat on 20.08.2015 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.464 of 2013, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
