The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the house with Tin Shed bearing H.No.4-17/1 with extent plinth area of 450 sq. ft. and open place of 274.80 sq. yards, total extent of 324.80 sq. yards, situated at Bejjenki village, Karimnagar Mandal and District, through registered sale deed document No.866 of 2007, dated 15.12.2007, from its original owners. After purchasing the said house property, the petitioner approached respondent No.2 to mutate his name in the Grampanchayat records by submitting a representation dated 16.01.2015. Even after obtaining legal opinion, respondent No.2 is not taking any steps to mutate the name of the petitioner in the Gram Panchayat. Thereafter, a legal notice was issued on 12.07.2017 to respondent No.2, but no action has been taken till date. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the applications of the petitioner for mutation, the present writ petition is filed. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj. 3.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that one of the vendors is still in possession of the house.

In this case, it is to be seen that it is for the competent authority to consider and passed orders on the application of the petitioner for mutation basing on the documents submitted by him. It
is not for this Court to consider the objections. If any objections are there, it is for the competent authority to consider and dispose of the applications filed by the petitioner for mutation in accordance with law. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner for mutation basing on the documents filed by him, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 4th July 2019 mar
