Heard and perused the material on record.

According to the petitioner herein, she is the owner of plot No.23, situated opposite to the building of the fourth respondent herein. It is alleged that the fourth respondent constructed the said house by encroaching upon the road to an extent of 19 ft. It is further alleged that, on 29.08.2017, petitioner herein submitted a representation, for redressal of her grievance, to the respondent-GVMC and the same was followed by a legal notice, through her counsel, on 22.11.2017. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, in the above background, is that, despite the above representation and the notice got issued by her, no action has been taken by the respondent authorities. Since the request of the petitioner herein is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent authorities to take action on the representation of the petitioner herein.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 29.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and the legal notice, dated 22.11.2017, got issued by the petitioner herein, strictly in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
