THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13338 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not registering the case against the unofficial respondents i.e., respondent Nos.4 and 5, pursuant to the complaint, dated 21.05.2019, lodged by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.106 of 2019 of Makloor Police Station, Nizamabad District, was registered.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he states that no further orders are required. 5.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
