HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4805 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.30 of 2015 of Laxmachanda Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 9 (b) of Explosives Act & Sections 3, 5 and 6 of Explosives Substance Act, 1908.

The petitioner was arrested on 05-05-2015 and he has been in jail for the past over 30 days. Most of the investigation has already been completed. Considering these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused No.3 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nirmal, Adilabad District. and the petitioner shall report before the S.H.O. concerned daily for a period of fifteen days.
