ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims he purchased land to an extent of Ac.0.49 cents in Survey No.41/A1A, Yemmiganur town and mandal, Kurnool district vide registered document dated 15.10.2014. After purchase, petitioner submitted F-Line application on 24.4.2015 through E-Seva to conduct survey for sub-division of the land. He has filed copy of receipt issued by E-Seva as material paper at page 11 of booklet. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader. With their consent the writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-4th respondent to consider the application for survey in accordance with law and various circular instructions issued by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlements and Land Records as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions are closed.
