THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.9331 OF 2012 DATED 24th JUNE, 2015 Between:

Vikram Chandra Sanyasi Raju .. Petitioner and The Revenue Divisional Officer, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram District and others .. Respondents

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.9331 OF 2012

O R D E R

The petitioner in this case was aggrieved by the proceeding dated 24.02.2011 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram District, whereby he renewed the licence of Sri Venkateswara Deluxe, Salur Town and Mandal, Vizianagaram District in favour of the third respondent.

No interim orders were granted by this Court staying operation of the impugned proceeding.

While so, it is noticed that the renewal effected under the impugned proceeding was for a period of three years from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2013. In effect, the impugned proceeding has worked itself out and the challenge thereto in this writ petition is rendered purely academic. This court therefore does not propose to adjudicate this case on merits. The points raised by the petitioner are left open and it shall be open to the petitioner to raise the same by way of a fresh case in the event any cause arises in future.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 24th JUNE, 2015 Svv
