THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21764 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief - "...to issue a writ order or directions more particularly on in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st & 3rd respondents in not issuing the affiliation to the petitioner B.EI.Ed., programme of Four (4) years (integrated) duration with an annual intake of 50 students (1 unit) for the Academic 2017-2018 even though the N.C.T.E. granted formal recognition vide proceedings No.SRO/NCTE/SRCAPP3513/B.EI.Ed/AP 2016-17/84153 dated 12.04.2016 to the petitioner college for the academic eyar 2016-17 as being illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and violation of the Rules and consequently direct the respondents to grant affiliation to the petitioner instutition B.EI.Ed., programme of Four (4) years (integrated) during with an annual intake of 50 students (1 unit) for the Academic 2017-2018 and pass such other order or orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of case. "

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education (AP). Considering the relief which the petitioner seeks i.e., consideration of its application for grant of affiliation for establishment of B.EI.Ed., programme of Four (4) years (integrated) duration with an annual intake of 50 students (1 Unit) for the academic year 2017-2018, without expressing any opinion this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to process and consider the application of the petitioner for grant of permission and affiliation for establishment of 'Sruthi College Bachelor of Elementary Teacher Education' at Nidavavole for the academic year

2017-18, in accordance with the procedure prescribed therefor. It is made clear that necessary orders shall be passed within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
