Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board for respondent No.3. 2.
Petitioner claims to be the owner of premises bearing H.No.3-134/PT/46, in Plot No.46, Nizampet Village, Bachupally Mandal, Medchal District. Petitioner claims to have constructed a house and applied for grant of water supply connection and sewerage connection.

Learned counsel for petitioner produced Receipt No.6404574 dated 25.02.2019 issued by Division No.18 Manikonda, evidencing receipt of application and receipt of Rs.1000/- towards processing fee. Petitioner was given File No.2019-2-3610.
On 03.06.2019 petitioner submitted a representation sent through registered post informing the same to the Commissioner-Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board.

It appears application was already submitted by petitioner. If the application is already received and pending and so far no decision is made, the General Manager, Division No.18 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board shall consider the same and communicate the decision to petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of
- 3 - receipt of copy of this order. If petitioner is entitled to provision of water and sewerage connections, the same shall also be granted as expeditiously, as possible.
