This transfer CMP is filed to withdraw the OP No 544 of 2O2O pending on the file of Additional Family Court' City Civil Court' Hyderabad and to transfer the same to Judge' Family Court' Ranga Reddy District at L'B'Nagar for trial along with OP'No'645 of 2O2O pending on the file of that Court'

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted even if the OP.No.645 of 2O2o pending on tlle Iile of Judge' Familv Court' Ranga Reddy District is transferred to the Judge' Additional Family Court' City Civil Court, Hyderabad, he has no objection' At this stage' presence or representation on behalf of the respondent is felt essential.Therefore,lfindjustilicationintherequestofpetitionerfor trial and disposal of both OPs in the same Court' Accordingly' I am inclined to consider the request of the petitioner' 4.

In the result, Transfer CMP is allowed' OP'No'544 of 2O2O pending on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court' City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby withdrawn and transferred the same to I the Court of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L'B'Nagar for trial along with OP'No'645 of 2O2O pending on the file of Additional Family Court.
