THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14293 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard.

2. According to the petitioner, he is one of the children to Akula Kistaiah. He and his brother Akula Papaiah are the joint owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.6.35 guntas, Acs.6.01 guntas, Acs.2.04 guntas in survey Nos.120, 121 and 122 respectively of Nemaragomala Village, Bibinagar Mandal.

Petitioner describes the flow of title in paragraph two of the writ affidavit, conducting of survey and demarcation of land among the family members. Petitioner now alleges that in spite of submission of application, pattadar passbooks were not issued. The physical form in Form VI-A is filed along with the writ petition.

3. As per the existing procedure, the Government is not accepting applications for mutation in physical form. For that purpose, the individual has to make an application in Form VI-A through web portal and then only such application will be accepted.

4. Since the petitioner has not followed the said procedure, it cannot be said that the respondents are negligent in acting upon his representation. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to follow due procedure, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that if any such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
