THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.15292 of 2009 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief:- ".... issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of respondents in not counting seniority of petitioner from the date of his initial appointment and regularization and failed to protect pay of petitioner as per Section 47 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and full Participation) Act, 1995, as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the constitution of India ....." Learned counsel for petitioner places on record office order No.L4/785(85)2009-GHZ, dated 11-05-2010. In view of office order, it is submitted that no further order is necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
