THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.14745 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare the order passed by respondent No.6 i.e., the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.2519 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 without considering its orders in O.A.Nos.6976 of 2014, 387 of 2015 and 1275/2015 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently, to set aside the order dated 13.05.2015 by directing respondent Nos.1 to 5 to extend the enhanced age of superannuation upto 60 years to the petitioner being an employee of Agricultural Market Committee as provided under A.P. Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act 2014 (Act 4 of 2014) though he comes under the definition under Clause (i) & (ii) of Sub Section (2) of Section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984.

3. As per the service register, the petitioner's date of birth is 06.05.1957 and he has to retire by the end of May, 2015. By the impugned order, dated 13.05.2015, the Tribunal only ordered notice. At this stage, we do not find any reason to interfere with the same. Therefore, the Writ Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed
