HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C. KODANDA RAM T.R.C. No. 195 OF 2002 ORDER : ( per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.KODANDA RAM) Heard Sri K.Raji Reddy learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for Taxes appearing on behalf of the respondent.

It is fairly submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and agreed to it by the learned Special Government Pleader for Taxes appearing for the respondent that the issue raised in the present Tax Revision Case is squarely covered against the petitioner by the decision of this Court rendered in

TREVC Nos. 282 of 2001 and Batch, dated 06.11.2014. It is noticed that the assessee in TREVC Nos. 282 of 2001 and Batch as well as in the present T.R.C. is one and the same. The petitioner in the aforesaid batch of cases was assessed for the years 1993-94, 1995-96 & 1996-97 where as in the present TRC, it was assessed for the year 1994-95. We appreciate the fairness on the part of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the decision of this Court in TREVC Nos. 282 of 2001 and Batch, dated 06.11.2014 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Tax Revision Case is dismissed in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Tax Revision Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
