This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 12-10-2011 in I.A.No.720 of 2011 in O.S.No.99 of 2006 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court, Visakhapatnam.

As per office note, dated 31-08-2016, the suit itself was disposed of on 12-04-2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the suit was disposed of. 3.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders need be passed in this revision. 4.
