ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the complaint dated 10.01.2017 given by the petitioner against the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.48 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad City, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 379 & 506 IPC and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
