THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 29384 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) The present Writ Petition is directed against an interlocutory order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 3887 of 2014, which case was instituted by the petitioner himself.

It is the case of the petitioner that while he was working as a Home Guard with the Police Department, he has been disengaged with effect from 07.06.2003. However, more than a decade thereafter, he instituted O.A. No. 3887 of 2014 calling in question the legality and validity of the said action. In that O.A., he has moved an Interlocutory Application bearing M.A. No. 3014 of 2014 seeking the Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the case. That was dismissed by the Tribunal, by a crisp order. Calling in question this order dated 27.11.2014 of the Tribunal, the present Writ Petition is filed.

At the very outset, we are at a loss to understand as to how a person, who could move the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for nearly 11 years after the cause of action has arisen to him, can insist that the said case should be heard on out of turn basis.

We do not find any justifiable reason to entertain this Writ Petition, as we find no error of exercise of jurisdiction by the Tribunal for us to interfere in the matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. No costs.
