Since the subject matter of this revision petition and the revision in CRP No.3021 of 2013 is one and the same, CRP Nos.3021 of 2013 and 3329 of 2013 were already disposed of by this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to pass the same order as it is squarely covered.

Acceding the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision petition is ordered in terms of the common order dt.08.02.2016 passed in CRP Nos.3021 and of 2013.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
