This Tax Revision Case is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 14.06.2001, passed by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in T.A.No.110 of 1996, for the assessment year 1992-93 (APGST).

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel fairly submit that the questions involved in the present case are similar to the questions raised in T.R.C.Nos.212 and 213 of 2001 in relation to the assessment year 1990-91 (APGST), wherein a Division Bench of this Court dismissed both the T.R.Cs, by a common order dated 21.08.2014. A copy of the common order dated 21.08.2014 in T.R.C.Nos.212 and 213 of 2001, has been filed. Since the questions raised in the present case are squarely covered by the common order dated 21.08.2014 of a Division Bench of this Court in T.R.C.Nos.212 and 213 of 2001, following the same, this Tax Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Tax Revision Case shall stand disposed of.

3) Let a copy of the common order dated 21.08.2014, passed by this Court in T.R.C.Nos.212 and 213 of 2001, be tagged to the copy of this order.
