Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development for respondents 1 to 3.

Since the claim of the petitioner - firm for payment of amount for the works executed by it, is stated to be pending with the 3rd respondent - Executive Engineer, RWS & S Division, Nagarkurnool Division, Nagarkurnool District vide legal dated 14.05.2019, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent, to consider the said claim of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
