COMMON JUDGMENT:

A.S.No.820 of 2011 arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 08.10.2010, in O.S.No.185 of 2006 on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

The appellant filed A.S.M.P.No.520 of 2015 seeking permission to it to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, Sri M.Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the appellant, has reiterated the aforesaid request.

In view of the above facts, A.S.M.P.No.520 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently,
