CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.20476 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to produce the daughter of the petitioner by name Bandi Naga Durga (alleged detenue) before this Court and set her at liberty.

The alleged detenue has been produced before this Court by the police. This Court ascertained her views and she stated that she has married respondent No.5 on her own free will and that she has been happily living with him. She has further stated that she is not willing to join her parents.

In the light of the aforementioned stand taken by the alleged detenue, who is admittedly a major, the relief claimed in this writ petition cannot be granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
