THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 39916 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in opening and maintaining suspect/rowdy sheet against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(e) and 21 of the Constitution of India."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that suspect/rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner was closed on 27.10.2015.

In those circumstances, as the relief, for which, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition, stands granted, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
