ASMP No.2173 of 2017 is filed by the petitioners-appellants seeking for withdrawal of the appeal suit.

Heard Ms.B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel, for Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

In view of the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of A.S.M.P.No.2173 of 2017 as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for withdrawal of the present appeal suit, AS MP No.2173 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
