THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1373 of 2015 ORDER:
Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:
Having regard to the prima facie nature of accusation contained in the F.I.R for the offence under Section 498-A IPC, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings against the petitioners. Therefore, the investigation shall continue. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for petitioners that petitioner No.1 is working as Superintendent in a private firm and the petitioner No.2 is old aged woman and their arrest during the course of investigation would cause any amount of hardship to them, the Police of Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 during the course of investigation until further orders. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
