THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.11138 OF 2018 ORDER:

In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is in respect of non-registration of a crime on the representation/complaint, dated 26.03.2013, of the petitioner lodged with the 3rd respondent/police officer.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on oral instructions, stated that a case in Crime No.101 of 2018 was registered, on 25.04.2018, on the file of Old Guntur Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 304(A) and 420 I.P.C. He placed on record a copy of the F.I.R. in the aforestated crime. 3.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
