This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by petitioner/A.2, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No. 225 of 2013 on the file of Kodad Town Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioner. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 1.6.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Kodad Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that charge sheet was filed on 18.9.2013 and C.C.No. 565 of 2013 is pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kodad, and therefore, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Considering his submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
