THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI Writ Appeal Nos.743 of 2017 and 1372 of 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the learned Additional Advocate General, and Sri J.Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the appellants in W.A.No.743 of 2017, would submit that as the period of six weeks stipulated in the interim order under appeal has expired long ago, and since the interim order under appeal has not been extended thereafter, the cause in both these writ appeals do not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.
