fca_137_2015 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against order and decree dated 31-03-2015 in O.P.No. 1034 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court at Hyderabad.

Sri K.Buchi Babu, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed a letter, wherein it is stated that his client does not want to pursue the appeal and, therefore, he wants permission to withdraw the appeal. At the hearing, Sri K.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri K.Buchi Babu, learned counsel for the appellant, reiterated the contents of the letter. 3.

In view of the same, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
