THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.12778 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the memo, dated 17-04-2015 and for consequential direction seeking permission to attend 3rd year 2nd Semester examination of Engineering. This Court by order, dated 28-04-2015 granted interim suspension of the impugned order, dated 17-04-2015. Pursuant to the interim order, petitioners appeared for 3rd year 2nd Semester examination of Engineering.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners appeared for 3rd year 2nd Semester examination of Engineering and the 1st petitioner passed only in one subject out of 9 subjects whereas, the 2nd petitioner failed in all subjects. Impugned order is an order of detention for particular examination due to lack of attendance. In view of the interim order and subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
