VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WP No. 10213 of 2006 O R D E R:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has availed the One Time Settlement Scheme introduced by the State of Telangana for settlement of disputes, and has also placed before this Court Form 2 and Form 4 issued by the respondents accepting the OTS application filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
