HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT A N D HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 31622 OF 2016 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorari, calling for all the connected records including the impugned orders dated11/04/2016 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in M.A.No. 391 of 2016 in O.A.No. 45 of 2016, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and to declare that the petitioner is entitled to continue in the existing vacancies in the State of Andhra Pradesh and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard Sri Krishnamurthy, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri K. Ram Mohan Mahadeva and the learned Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents 1, 3 and 5, learned Government Pleader for Services-I [AP] representing respondent No.2 and

Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General representing the respondent No.4.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find no cause of action arose in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
