ORDER:

Petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the Station House Officer, Nampally Police Station, Nalgonda District in investigating Cr.No.10 of 2013.

2. Instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, however, show that as per the directions of the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda, the SubDivisional Police Officer, Devarakonda Region was required to investigate Cr.No.10 of 2013 and the said officer is stated to have completed the

investigation and after receiving permission from the superior officers, the complaint of the petitioner is referred to as false. However, petitioner could not be served the final report, as he is evading to receive the same. So far as Cr.No.9 of 2013 is concerned, it is already pending in C.C.No.259 of 2014 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Devarakonda and the case is posted to 13.08.2015. It is also stated that investigation in Cr.No.10 of 2013 is already completed and final report is filed on 30.06.2014.

3. Copy of the final report in Cr.No.10 of 2013 is produced before the Court and handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the investigation is already completed in Cr.No.10 of 2013, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. However, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in view of the final report served on him in the Court.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J March 17, 2015 DSK
