The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the appeal filed by her before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhongir, Nalgonda District, against the proceedings dated 23.09.2014 of the Tahsildar, Mothkur Mandal, Nalgonda District, is not being disposed of.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, having obtained instructions in the matter, informed this Court that orders have been reserved by the appellate authority and would be pronounced in due course of time.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhongir, Nalgonda District, the appellate authority, to pass final reasoned orders in the pending appeal within two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
