This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not receiving the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13.07.2016.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the third respondent received the petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2016 through post on 05.03.2017. Basing on the complaint of the petitioner, the third respondent tried to secure the presence of the petitioner at the given address for taking necessary action on his complaint and it revealed that the petitioner was not available in the Village. The third respondent conducted preliminary enquiry and registered a case in Crime No.36 of 2017 dated 11.03.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 468 and 471 IPC against the fourth respondent on the file of the Rajupalem Police Station, Guntur Rural District, and after investigation as per law, appropriate report would be filed before the concerned Court.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed.
