HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.691 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking setting aside of the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1307 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.531 of 2019 on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein time to comply with the order dated 13.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1274 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.531 of 2019 in C.C.No.463 of 2017 on the file of the XIX Special Magistrate, Hyderabad is granted upto 09.07.2019. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. P. V. Sai Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, restricted his prayer only for extension of time to comply with the order dated 16.05.2019.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of and a further time of eight (8) weeks is granted to comply with the order dated 16.05.2019 in C.C.No.463 of 2017 on the file of the XIX Special Magistrate, Hyderabad. Further, it is made clear that no further time would be granted. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
