HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.922 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. The present revision case is filed questioning the orders dated 29.12.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2573 of 2017 in C.C.No.24 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Court of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Ongole, allowing the petition filed under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. directing the Managing Director of Bhagiradha Chemical Industries, Vengamukkapalem to produce the attendance register of PWs.2 and 3 on 14.12.2013.

During the course of hearing, it is informed to the Court by both the counsel that the Managing Director of Bhagiradha Chemical Industries, Vengamukkapalem was present before the Court along with the attendance register on 04.04.2018 and as such, it is informed that no further cause would survive in the present revision.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, the criminal revision case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
