No.15865/2015, dated 9-6-2015 issued by the third Respondent, through which a list of candidates who are treated as Andhra Pradesh was shown in the website of the third Respondent, by holding such unilateral allocation of the Petitioner to the State of Andhra Pradesh is without any basis, violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of the very guidelines issued by the first Respondent, arbitrary,' discriminatory, unfair, unconstitutional and contrary to the very spirit and object of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act 2014 and consequently direct the Respondents to retain and continue the Petitioner' in the State of Telangana under the jurisdiction of the third Respondent with all consequential benefits.
WPMP.NO. 22034 of 2015:
Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P. the High Court may be pleased to suspend the allocation of the petitioner to the Residuary State of Andhra Pradesh and consequently direct the Respondents to continue the petitioner in the State of Telangana, pending disposal of Writ Petition No. 16984 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.

the arguments of Sri J. Sudheer, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the Govt. Pleader for Energy (TG) for the Respondent No. 1, the Court made the following (Contd. 2.

ORDER:
"Heard Sri J.Sudheer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Energy for the State of Telangana appearing for the 1st respondent. It is stated that this Court in similar circumstances granted interim suspension of the impugned orders in W.P.No.16504 of 2015 and batch, dated 12-6-2015.
In view of the above, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned order, dated 09-6-2015. The respondents 1 to 3-TS TRANSCO and TSSPDCL shall not give effect to the impugned orders.
