HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44937 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.8 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above DVC.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioners prayed that the presence of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the trial Court. In view of the above submission, the presence of petitioners Nos.2 and 3 before the trial Court is dispensed with. Petitioners Nos.2 and 3 are directed to be represented by a Counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
