THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.15858 of 2006 ORDER :

It is stated by counsel for petitioners that in similar connected matters, the 2nd respondent - Central Government had directed petitioners to be considered for employment as casual labour; that petitioners have questioned the same before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India; the Writ Petitions were dismissed, and the same was also confirmed by a Division Bench judgment of this Court in W.A.No.1812 of 2003 dt.20.07.2010.

Since the issue raised in this matter is squarely covered by the said judgment, following the same, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms of the above judgment. No order as to costs.
