HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Aggrieved by the order of Tahsildar in regularizing the sada sale deeds on lands concerning Sy.Nos.576/2 and 576/3/1 of Chinthagattu village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal district, to an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas and Ac.1.08 guntas, respectively, petitioners filed Appeal Nos.A/1637/2014 and A/1345/2014. Alleging that even after five years said appeals are not disposed of, this Writ Petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that appeals are filed and pending, and if the same are already not disposed of, the Revenue Divisional Officer (3rd respondent), is directed to consider and dispose of the appeals, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by following due process and if necessary afford due opportunity to both parties.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
